All Community Centers and most parks are available for an assortment of special events. Ranging from 20 guests to over 500 guests, we have a variety of spaces and amenities available for you, no matter the occasion! Whether you are planning a wedding, reception, birthday party, social gathering, business meeting, festival , etc…We Have The Place For You!

Bayview Community Center

The Center can accommodate up to 350 people and comes equipped with 8’ and 6’ banquet tables, 160 folding chairs, and a stage equipped with a sound system. Only $100 per hour (3 hour minimum).
Bayview Park
Pier Rentals and Picnic Shelter Rentals

Pier Rental on Bayou Texar is available for $100 per hour for your next special event. Electrical outlets are available.
The Park shelters available include a round gazebo, & an L-shape shelter, that overlook Bayou Texar.
The Round Gazebo seats 35 people and is equipped with picnic tables, including a covered picnic area, restrooms, and a charcoal grill.
The L-Shape Pavilion seats up to 65 people and is equipped with picnic tables on-site, including a covered picnic area and a charcoal grill. Only $50 per hour (5 hour min).
Bayview Senior Center

We can accommodate up to 350 people and have 6’ and 8’ tables banquet tables, burgundy cloth chairs, stage and a kitchen (includes ice machine) available to meet your needs. The Social Hall is also equipped with a wooden dance floor.
Social Hall with Kitchen $75 per hour (3 hour min).
These rooms come complete with card tables, 6’ or 8’ banquet tables and chairs.
Meeting Room for only $35 per hour (3 hour min).
East Pensacola Heights Club House

We can accommodate up to 75 people with round tables that seat 8 people, 8’ and 6’ banquet tables, burgundy cloth chairs, and a stage. In addition, the Club House includes a small kitchen & outside grill.
Available for $75 per hour (3 hour min).
E.S. Cobb Community Center

The Community Center can accommodate up to 400 people and includes a kitchen, table, chairs, and a free ice machine.
Only $60 per hour (3 hour min).
Vickrey Community Center

The Community Center has a small room & a large room with a kitchen available for you if required.
The small room can accommodate 20 people with table & chairs.
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm $29 per hour — 5pm - 11pm $50 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Saturday $45 per hour
Sunday $74 per hour
The large room can accommodate 100 people with tables & chairs.
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm $58.50 per hour — 5pm - 11pm $75 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Saturday $88 per hour

Fricker Community Center

The facility is equipped with 8’ and 6’ tables, folding chairs, and a full service kitchen with an ice machine.
Social Hall Rentals can accommodate up to 110 people.
Only $75 per hour (3 hour min).
Classroom Rentals can accommodate 35 people max.
Only $25 per hour (3 hour min).
Gym Rentals can accommodate up to 300 people.
Only $100 per hour (3 hour min).
Gull Point Community Center

This facility can accommodate up to 70 people and is equipped with 12 six foot tables, chairs, small kitchen, and an ice machine.
Only $64 per hour (3 hour min).
Park Gazebo rentals is $40 per hour (4 hour min).
